- Customer service must always be the priority. Locals are our core customers, so being a strong presence in the community is really important to building rapport with shoppers and securing great sales
- Try to embrace something new! We always look to do something fresh in store, be it updating “WOW” POS or stocking new and exciting products. It keeps the store looking fresh and customers enjoy their shop much more
- It’s important to understand what your customers are looking for when they come into store. If you know what sells well it means you can adapt accordingly, particularly around the key seasonal occasions. At Easter we stocked our wow display with Ferrero Rocher T16, T24 and T32 – these core lines do really well in store and provide a wide variety of choice for our shoppers
